The Argonauts provide coaching to help leaders and managers traverse the challenging terrain of implementing new strategies and behaviors while also keeping their business running effectively. Because implementation often involves unforeseen challenges and road blocks, we provide implementation coaching on a time-bound or as-needed basis for clients who have completed our training.

Executive Development Coaching

Executives who face the challenges of building the plane while they fly it often have extremely specific development and support needs. We provide customized coaching support, ranging from individualized instruction on Lean and Improvement Science Principles to direct support—including developing strategy, managing implementation, and evaluating the on-going efficacy of organizational and behavioral change.

Strategic Advisory

For organizations with an opportunity to expand their scope, change directions, or even turn around a fledgling business, we provide direct support evaluating the opportunity and devising strategies to go after it—as well as on-going support for leaders to execute on that strategy.
